On Saturday, August 23, 2025, the venue transformed into a vibrant cultural hub during the two-day event titled «Karnagio – Cultural Revival.» This gathering featured a variety of exhibitions, workshops, and musical evenings that brought the community closer together.
The highlight of the event was a unique concert by The Bonnie Nettles, who arrived in Neapolis after a successful 25-stop European tour promoting their latest album, First In / First Out. Their performance, showcasing tracks from their entire discography, energized the audience and created a memorable atmosphere. The concert opened with performances from two local youth bands, 1st Floor and At Least Two, both of which showcased a punk-rock sound, indicating the emergence of a new generation of musicians eager to make their mark.
In addition to the concert, the program included a photography exhibition, a ceramics demonstration, outdoor painting activities for children, a toy exchange bazaar, a choreographic theater performance, and screenings of short films. This diverse array of activities was made possible through the collaborative efforts of various community members.
However, members of the Ostria group expressed a slight disappointment regarding the venue’s current state, emphasizing that it has yet to receive the recognition it deserves. They highlighted the importance of maintaining a high cultural standard in a small town like Neapolis and organizing events that respect the local heritage.
Ultimately, Karnagio has once again proven its potential to be a focal point for the city, provided that the community believes in and supports it.
