The philanthropic organization "Zeidoron" is taking significant steps to connect youth with tradition through its newly announced initiative, "Syndicate." This program aims to provide financial support for young individuals and children eager to participate in traditional music and dance seminars.
The initiative focuses on offering full or partial subsidies for participation costs, specifically targeting individuals from socially and economically vulnerable groups. This effort ensures that they can engage in two major cultural events scheduled for the summer:
- The 13th Musical Choreography "Petros the Peloponnesian," taking place in Xirokambi, Laconia, from July 2 to July 6, 2025.
- The "Maistros of Alonari," set to occur in Volissos, Chios, from July 25 to July 30, 2025.
Interested participants are encouraged to submit an application for the seminar of their choice and complete the financial assistance application for the "Syndicate" initiative, attaching the necessary documentation. Eligibility is extended to students without income, children from single-parent or large families, and unemployed youth up to 30 years old. All applications will be evaluated based on social and economic criteria, ensuring confidentiality and respect for the applicants’ personal circumstances, while also adhering to a priority order.
Since its establishment in 1948, "Zeidoron" has remained committed to its humanitarian mission, investing in the younger generation and promoting Greek tradition. Through the "Syndicate" initiative, it seeks to support those young individuals who possess passion but may lack the means to partake in this vibrant cultural experience.
