The festival features an intensive eleven-day program led by top international experts in longevity, mindfulness, movement, and nutrition. Drawing inspiration from the world’s «Blue Zones,» regions where people live longer and healthier lives, attendees will learn modern and practical approaches to well-being.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the mythical Taygetus mountain, a UNESCO World Heritage site, participants will engage in a profound experience of reconnection with their body, spirit, and community. Daily activities include yoga, tai chi, therapeutic movement, sound healing, meditation, experiential nutrition classes, and personal empowerment sessions.
